🎓 CLAT UG Reservation Policy – A Gateway to Equal Opportunities

India’s legal education system is designed not only to train elite legal minds but to ensure social justice and equitable representation. The reservation policy in CLAT reflects this vision by granting access to students from diverse backgrounds across castes, states, and economic strata.

This reservation framework is based on provisions laid out by the Constitution of India (Articles 15, 16, 46), and implemented by the Consortium of NLUs to ensure fair admission processes.
